“My company was in the process of developing a new high-tech device that had public health application. While we had spent extensive amount of time and technical skill on the public health aspects of the device none of us had a strong background in design. We required someone who could understand the complexities of our needs but also who could creatively interpret what we were trying to accomplish in a mechanical design format.
lthough we are unable to display his work because of copyright issues Collin was able to take some highly complicated technical parameters and recast them in a format which could be easily understood by nonprofessionals. It provided the basic guidelines for product prototype development. We called him back to do some additional refinements which he did quickly and to our great advantage. His work was excellent and we were all surprised at his ability to translate concepts into hard design.
